FoundCenter Investment is obliged to keep confidential all and any information on business activities related to the new business ideas (throughout start-up businesses etc.), transactions, property, responsibilities and finance of any Applicant. For the purpose of interpretation of this Disclaimer, the term “Confidential Information” include any information, data, analysis, Business Plans, financial projections, market analysis, compilation, notes, studies, memos or other documents which are the work of an Applicant, but not those information which: are generally public available in moment of their disclosure, or which become publicly available in manner which does not include breach of any provision of this Disclaimer.
FoundCenter Investment also undertakes to keep as strict confidential and not to disclose Confidential Information to any person, including the names of the Applicants and the engaged persons on submitted project, and to use Confidential Information exclusively for the purpose of consideration or realisation of cooperation with Applicant and that Confidential Information will not be used for any other purpose.
As an exemption from duties provided by this Disclaimer, FoundCenter Investment will be entitled to disclose the Confidential Information only to the extent such disclosure is required by the law, regulation, legal proceeding or by the competent body in any jurisdiction which is in charge for realisation of the cooperation, subject to conditions that written evidence of such request is obtained

Foundcenter Investment GmbH Berlin , is a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with registered seat in Berlin 10437, Schonhauser Allee 59B, registration number HRB171872B, VAT identification number: UST-ID NR_DE814693477 (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company"), that is an investment company, currently running lot of projects in various and different business areas.
2.THE WEB SITEThis web site (hereinafter referred to as: the "Site") is managed by the Company. The Site is a platform for communicating between the Users and the Company. On accessing this Site and looking through the material contained in the subsequent web pages, the User accepts the conditions that follow as well as all the questions arising from and inherent to the contents. Use of this Site implicates the implementation of the Serbian law.
